Job post credits<\/h2>\n

Employers buy job post credits, one at a time or in packages. Each credit lets you submit one job posting for review. Once approved, a posting stays live for up to 30 days.<\/p>\n

If we don't approve a posting<\/h2>\n

The credit goes back to your account automatically. You can keep it for a future posting (it doesn't expire), or request a refund within 7 days of the rejection. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid for that credit, after any discount. For credits bought in a package, that's the package price divided by the number of credits in it. If you don't request a refund within 7 days, the credit stays in your account.<\/p>\n

Approved and published postings<\/h2>\n

Once a posting has been approved and published, its credit is used and can't be refunded. This includes postings you close or delete before their closing date, and postings that receive no applicants.<\/p>\n

Postings we remove<\/h2>\n

If we remove a published posting because it breaks our Terms of Service, the credit is not returned or refunded.<\/p>\n

Reopening a posting<\/h2>\n

Reopening a posting before its paid 30-day period ends is free. Reopening after that period uses a new credit, and the posting goes back through review.<\/p>\n

Unused credits<\/h2>\n

To request a refund for credits you haven't used, email hello@skilltapai.com<\/a> with your account email and the number of credits. We review each request individually.<\/p>\n

How refunds are paid<\/h2>\n

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.<\/p>\n
